School Uniform
The online ordering service will be available from MONDAY 22 JUNE
Please read the following information before ordering uniform for your child:
- Complete coats ie fleece and outer coat are compulsory up to and including Year 5
- From Year 6, individuals can wear their own dark coat, a school fleece or a school outer coat
- Jogging tops and trousers are worn up to and including Year 5
- Drill tops and microfibre trousers are worn from Year 6 upwards
- Book bags are used up to Year 3
- Prep folders and satchels are used from Year 3 upwards
- School rucksacks can be used for books as well as games kit from Year 3
- Large sports bags can only be used from Year 6 upwards due to their size
Many items of school uniform have unique sizing. Measurements have been provided where possible to make ordering easier for you. Please bear in mind that these may be approximate sizes.
Please click on the link to the right of this page to access the order form. This can be filled in on line and emailed directly to the school office at office@rushmoorschool.co.uk or alternatively print off the form and deliver it to the school office. You may also collect a form from the school office to complete.
Once your order is received, it will be made up and we will endeavour to prepare your order within a week of it being placed. Your child will be informed when your order is ready for payment and collection. Please then deliver your payment to the office and collect your items as soon as possible, to avoid storage problems for the office.
If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please return it to the office in a bag, along with the receipt and a note requesting the size you require. You will be notified in the same way when your exchange is ready for collection.
Payment is by CHEQUE only. These should be made payable to Rushmoor School PTA. The office cannot accept cash payments for uniform.
If an item you have ordered is currently out of stock, for whatever reason, payment will be taken for it with the rest of your order and then the item sent home with your child once it has been delivered to school.
Please bear in mind that orders placed after Wednesday 1 July 2009 will not be processed until August. All orders submitted during the summer holiday will be available for collection from the school office from Wednesday 26 August. This will give parents the opportunity to collect them prior to the beginning of term.
