Aims of the PSHE curriculum

To promote pupils' spiritual, moral, social and cultural development.
To prepare all pupils for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of life.
To provide a foundation for acquiring the skills needed to learn and grow up at ease with oneself.
To help prepare pupils to become informed, active, responsible citizens.

'The staff give a clear moral lead to the pupils, who in turn learn to think about their behaviour and attitudes. Pupils know and respect the school rules, and they recognize the moral virtue of fairness. Pupils are especially tolerant of each other's faiths and cultures.'
