Rushmoor is a school of mixed ability, mixed race, mixed creed and mixed social background reflecting both the nature of Bedford and the position of the school within the independent educational provision of the area. The diversity of the school is one of its strengths. However, it does also mean that Rushmoor has to cater for the many different needs of the individual pupils and parents. This requires considerable flexibility from both teachers and the system as a whole, to ensure the best educational opportunity for each one of our pupils.
